The Role
- Full-time or part-time position available (must be able to work one weekend day Saturdays only)
- Based primarily in Shifnal with occasional cover in Newport or Telford
- Dispensing a wide range of lenses and frames, including complex prescriptions and enhanced services
- Working closely with a clinical team that includes Optometrists, CLOs, and Contact Lens Assistants
- No contact lens teaches required
- Access to the latest equipment including OCT, fundus camera, digital measuring tools, topographer, and colorimetry machine
- Support from a hands-on director team with the option for early onboarding at existing practices
The Package & Benefits
- Salary from £28,000 to £32,000, depending on experience and negotiable

What They're Looking For
- A fully GOC-registered Dispensing Optician
- Someone with a positive attitude, professional manner, and team-first mindset
- Experience is valued, but not essential the team is open to newly qualified DOs as well as experienced candidates
- An individual keen to grow their career in a modern, well-supported, and clinically driven environment
- Someone who's excited to help build a brand-new store and contribute to its early success
