Our client is an award winning global Med Tech Specialist who is instantly recognisable as a market leader. They have 3 sites in France - Lyon, Grenoble & Brest.
What you'll be doing
- Acting as the go-to liaison for all workplace relations matters in France
- Coordinating works council and union negotiations, including input into international projects
- Advising leaders and HR partners on complex workplace relations situations
- Designing and delivering training on co-determination rights and bargaining agreements
- Supporting large-scale change projects such as restructuring and reorganisations
- Ensuring compliance with French labour law and global HR standards
What we're looking for
- At least 5 years of professional experience, with 3+ years in HR or employment law
- Strong background in French labour law and proven experience working with unions and works councils
- Fluent in French (negotiation level) and English
- Exceptional relationship-building and problem-solving skills
- A track record of delivering results in complex, fast-moving environments
- Absolute discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive matters

Package
- €50-72k base salary, annual bonus
