We are seeking an experienced GPhC-registered Pharmacist to join a busy community pharmacy in Bridgwater.
This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist looking for a permanent full-time role with a varied rota, strong benefits and opportunities for professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent patient and customer care.
- Deliver NHS and private pharmacy services.
- Support and develop the pharmacy team.
- Maintain high professional and clinical standards.
- Help achieve pharmacy performance and business targets.
- Ensure compliance with GPhC standards and clinical governance.
- Demonstrate strong leadership within a busy pharmacy environment.
About You
- Fully qualified and GPhC registered.
- Community pharmacy experience.
- Accredited to deliver NHS and private pharmacy services.
- Strong patient and customer focus.
- Commercially aware and target driven.
- Confident working in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Working Pattern
44 hours per week across a two-week rota:
Week 1
- Monday: 09:00-21:00
- Tuesday: 09:00-21:00
- Thursday: 09:00-21:00
- Saturday: 09:00-21:00
Week 2
- Monday: 09:00-21:00
- Tuesday: 09:00-21:00
- Wednesday: 09:00-21:00
- Friday: 09:00-21:00
