The practice have built a strong team of permanent staff, including GPs, ANPs, Paramedics and Pharmacists. This ensures they can offer an incoming GP a flexible work/life balance, and opportunity to develop clinical interest areas. Sessions are well structured, with 15 minute consult times and capped appointments. Home visits and admin load are also very low.
Located in Minehead, easily commutable from Bridgwater and Tiverton. Ample on-site parking is provided.
Key Duties
- Well educated patient list with a low number of home visits, and great support from an experienced permanent clinical team including Permanent GPs, as well as ANPs, Pharmacists and Paramedics
- Offering 4- 8 sessions per week with flexible working hours around child care
- Strong existing team of permanent GPs
- Low duty Doctor and minimal home visits
- 15 minute appointment timings with a capped number of consults per session
Package and Benefits
- £96,000 - £100,000 per annum (FTE) for a Salaried GP
