Head Veterinary Surgeon - Exciting Leadership Opportunity
Are you a vet with strong clinical expertise and a passion for leadership? We are seeking an experienced Head Vet to lead a dedicated team and drive a busy, modern practice toward clinical excellence.

The Role
As Head Vet, you'll play a key role in shaping the clinical strategy, coaching and inspiring colleagues, and ensuring the delivery of gold-standard, evidence-based care. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership position and is passionate about upskilling their team while maintaining the highest standards of veterinary care.

• Working pattern: 4 days per week
• Weekend rota: 1:4
• Out-of-hours: None, except on-call for overnight inpatients
• Lead and develop a highly skilled veterinary team
• Drive continuous improvement in clinical standards and services
