As a Pharmacy Manager, you will lead the safe and effective delivery of NHS and private pharmacy services, providing expert clinical advice and outstanding patient care.
You will drive branch performance, develop your team, and contribute to the continued growth of the business through strong leadership, commercial awareness, and a commitment to improving community health.
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm No wekends!
Key Duties:
- Deliver high-quality NHS and private pharmacy services and expert clinical guidance.
- Lead, coach and develop the pharmacy team to build capability and performance.
- Monitor and improve branch performance, ensuring patient safety and customer service remain at the forefront.
- Support business growth by identifying opportunities and implementing positive change.

Essential:
