This practice based in Doncaster is seeking a new Vet Surgeon to join their growing, collaborative team.

The team consists of two experienced Vets, four Registered Veterinary Nurses , one Student Veterinary Nurse , one Veterinary Care Assistant, a dedicated Practice Manager, and a full complement of receptionists.

The practice is seeking a confident and capable Vet Surgeon who can work independently when needed. Your role will involve providing exceptional consults, and you'll have the opportunity to contribute your unique expertise to our team. This practice is happy to support interests and with their generous CPD allowance can help with the development of your career including supporting certificates.

The clinic itself is well-equipped with all the essential tools and facilities, including a dental suite complete with dental X-ray, two spacious operating rooms, two preparation areas, an in-house blood machine, ultrasound, and standard X-ray equipment. The practice takes pride in maintaining a high standard of care for their patients.

Key Duties

This position would ideally suit someone who is strong at consults, but the practice can tailor the role to suit the specific interests to fit their new Vet Surgeon.

The practice can offer both full-time and part-time positions to accommodate your work-life balance. In this role, you won't be required to work out-of-hours, allowing you to enjoy your well-deserved time off. You'll share the 1-in-3 Saturday rota with the dedicated team, ensuring everyone gets their weekends to relax and recharge.
