Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent patient and customer care
- Deliver NHS and private pharmacy services
- Support the pharmacy team and ensure high professional standards
- Help achieve pharmacy performance and business targets
- Demonstrate strong leadership within a busy pharmacy environment
- Maintain compliance with GPhC and clinical governance standards
About You
- Fully qualified and GPhC registered.
- Accredited to deliver national and local NHS and private services.
- Strong patient and customer focus.
- Commercially aware with the drive to achieve targets.
- Previous leadership experience within a fast-paced pharmacy environment.
Working Pattern
30 hours per week across a two-week rota, including a mixture of weekday and weekend shifts:
Week 1
- Monday: 09:00-18:00
- Thursday: 09:00-21:00
- Friday: 09:00-21:00
Week 2
- Monday: 09:00-18:00
- Wednesday: 09:00-21:00
- Saturday: 09:00-21:00
