Veterinary Surgeon with a Surgical Bias - Independent Practice - Surrey

One of the last truly independent veterinary practices in Surrey is looking for a Vet with a surgical bias to join their supportive, highly motivated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to evolve your surgical skills and contribute to a team culture where everyone's input matters.

Role Summary
• Hours: Full-time | 4-day week | 3 operating days
• Salary: UP to £70k + generous CPD allowance
• Rota: 1 in 4 Saturdays (9am-12pm), no Sundays, Bank Holidays, or OOH. Split of 2 days consulting and 2 days in theatre. 20-minute consults and a growing surgical caseload, including rabbit medicine.
• 20-minute consults | Protected admin/lunch breaks | Daily team catch-ups

Requirements
• A confident surgeon with a passion for mentoring and growth
• A thoughtful communicator who builds strong client relationships
• Someone who values reflective practice and continuous improvement
• Comfortable discussing treatment plans and costs with clarity and compassion
• RCVS registered with the right to work in the UK
