Territory Manager - Surgical Division (London & Southeast)

Exciting new surgical sales role, working with leading consumable portfolio across the Southeast UK, with growing, successful business.

We are partnering with a leading medical device provider to find a Territory Manager to drive sales and build strong relationships across the London & Southeast region. In this role, you'll be responsible for increasing market share, supporting surgical teams, and providing product and procedural expertise to clinicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and meet monthly/quarterly/yearly targets in your territory.
  • Educate surgeons and theatre personnel on surgical procedures and product applications.
  • Build and maintain strong clinical relationships with key customers and KOLs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue cross-business opportunities.
  • Collect market intelligence and stay updated on competitor activities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and clinical meetings.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in medical device sales, preferably in a surgical setting.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize your own territory, driving results independently.
  • A flexible, enthusiastic mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Full clean driving license and IT proficiency (MS Office).

What You'll Receive:

  • Basic salary £40,000 - £50,000
  • Bonus OTE £24,000 (plus overage)
