Territory Business Manager - Reconstructive Surgery & Aesthetics - South East UK

Are you a successful medical sales rep currently selling into Surgical / theatre setting with experience of working in surgical sales? Or it could be you are an experienced aesthetics clinician looking to transition into commercial medical sales? If this sounds familiar this could be a great opportunity for you!

The role sells across specialist areas related to Plastics, Aesthetics and Reconstructive breast surgery following a masectomy procedure. You will be working with highly respected product ranges, both within the NHS and private hospital setting.

Our client is a specialist medical device company that has experienced consistent growth over the past 10 years and is looking to for a sales professional to head up an established, high performing territory covering the South East of UK (not including M25/London)

Candidates looking to be considered, must have 18 months experience of working in surgical aesthetic sales.

Key Duties

  • You will take complete ownership of the South East area, and maintaining business within established accounts, and growing relationships with long standing clients in this specialist sector.
  • Train product knowledge and support surgical cases, expanding on client base
  • Provide a professional and intuitive sales experience for all clients
  • Carry out the complete sales cycle, interacting with all professional partners both internally and externally
  • You will receive full training and be supported by fellow sales professionals, management and internal sources

Package and Benefits

  • Basic Salary £37,000 - £53,000
  • Bonus £18,000 (uncapped commission)

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Candidates need direct theatre sales experience of at least 2 years, and be able to boast a proven track record of sales excellence
  • Must be degree educated ideally in a Science, Sport or Anatomy related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and at all levels of the business.
  • An organised, articulate and dedicated individual that has the drive and desire to succeed.
  • A full UK driving licence
