Key Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, moving & handling advisors, procurement teams, and care managers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and in-service training for clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring correct product usage and best practice techniques.
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and follow up on referrals to grow territory sales.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through strategic account management and territory planning.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and clinical study days to promote brand awareness and build professional networks.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and NHS or local authority procurement frameworks.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and CRM updates to support internal planning and customer service delivery.
