This is a rare opportunity to shape and establish best-practice training programmes across the UK arm of a respected and growing business. You'll be:
The role offers great variety, from developing content and branding a new training function to being visible at exhibitions and events. This is hybrid role, you will be expected to spend regular time at the company's North East England head office, so proximity and flexibility for travel will be important. They will be field visits in the role too.

We're partnering with a well-established UK medical devices business to appoint a Training Manager who will design and deliver world-class training for internal teams, external partners, and customers.
This is a rare opportunity to shape and establish best-practice training programmes across the UK arm of a respected and growing business. You'll be:
- Building engaging training content and digital resources (manuals, webinars, videos, podcasts).
- Leading workshops and supporting international product launches.
- Delivering training across three key groups: customers, the sales team, and internal staff (including R&D and product builders).
The role offers great variety, from developing content and branding a new training function to being visible at exhibitions and events. This is hybrid role, you will be expected to spend regular time at the company's North East England head office, so proximity and flexibility for travel will be important. They will be field visits in the role too.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and deliver engaging training programmes for staff, sales teams, distributors, and device users.
- Create learning materials including manuals, webinars, podcasts, and training videos.
- Lead the launch and ongoing growth of a dedicated Training Academy brand.
- Partner with Marketing to support events, exhibitions, and social media activity.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Engineers, Regulatory, IT) to ensure training is accurate, compliant, and innovative.
- Monitor industry standards and regulations to keep training compliant and cutting-edge.
- Maintain training records, competency checks, and ensure best practice across all stakeholders.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience designing and delivering training within a regulated environment (medical devices, healthcare, pharma, or similar).
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage different audiences.
- Creative approach to content delivery, comfortable using digital formats (video, webinars, podcasts).
- Commercial awareness with confidence supporting product launches and events.
- Ability to work independently, travel when required, and collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams.
