An exciting new opportunity has arisen at this Independent small animal practice in Colwyn Bay, North Wales. With a fantastic work-life balance over a 4 day week and a generous salary of up to £50,000!

This independent first opinion practice is seeking a new Vet Surgeon to join their close-knit team made up of 5 Vet Surgeons, 10 experienced Nurses and visiting specialists. Along with the normal expected equipment, this practice also has state-of-the-art facilities such as a hydrotherapy pool and aquatic treadmill. The practice itself specialises in both pain management and rehabilitation as well as offering a high standard of care and compassion to each patient.

With a diverse range of interests within the practice and using the facilities provided, this position can offer variety and no two day will be the same. This position can also offer fantastic work-life balance, with a 4 day week and minimal weekends and OOHs.

Key Duties

• Full time, four day week with one set day off each week
• 1 in 4 weekends, soon becoming 1 in 6
• Only 1 night a week on call

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• Registered to work as a Vet Surgeon on the RCVS
• Eligible to work in the UK
• At least one year experience working as a Veterinary Surgeon
