The Role
- This position is available on a full-time or part-time basis and involves:
- Delivering high-quality, personalised care to a varied caseload across consulting and surgery
- Collaborating closely with an experienced veterinary team
- Mentoring and supporting less experienced veterinary staff as needed
- Contributing to a positive and professional workplace culture
About You
The ideal candidate will bring:
- A Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) or equivalent qualification recognised in Australia
- 4+ years' experience in small animal general practice (preferred)
- Strong all-round GP skills in medicine and surgery
- Leadership or mentoring experience to support junior team members
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and client relationship skills
