A well-established, client-focused veterinary group in South-East Queensland is seeking an experienced small animal veterinary surgeon to join their supportive and vibrant team. This group operates multiple clinics in the region, offering diverse cases and a collaborative work environment.

The Role

  • This position is available on a full-time or part-time basis and involves:
  • Delivering high-quality, personalised care to a varied caseload across consulting and surgery
  • Collaborating closely with an experienced veterinary team
  • Mentoring and supporting less experienced veterinary staff as needed
  • Contributing to a positive and professional workplace culture

About You

The ideal candidate will bring:
  • A Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) or equivalent qualification recognised in Australia
  • 4+ years' experience in small animal general practice (preferred)
  • Strong all-round GP skills in medicine and surgery
  • Leadership or mentoring experience to support junior team members
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and client relationship skills
