The Role

• Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon position based primarily at a modern veterinary hospital in Dundee.
• Full-time position, with part-time applications considered.
• Varied and rewarding small animal caseload.
• No on-call or out-of-hours duties.

• Support from an experienced and multidisciplinary veterinary team.
• Routine consulting and surgical responsibilities.

The Team

• Clinical expertise including orthopaedics, surgery, cardiology, diagnostic imaging, medicine, feline medicine and dermatology.

• Separate cat-only facilities.
• ISFM Feline Gold Standard accreditation.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Requirements

• MRCVS or eligible to register with the RCVS.
• Previous small animal practice experience essential.
• Confident performing routine consultations and surgical procedures.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Commitment to high standards of patient and client care.
• Enthusiastic approach to continuing professional development.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a large clinical team.
