About the Role

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you'll be the key link between our operations, people, and performance. You'll lead coordination within a specific warehouse area, ensuring processes, people, and priorities align perfectly to deliver best-in-class service.

You'll make a daily impact by:

• Coordinating and executing all logistics activities (INBOUND).
• Supporting and direct leadership of 10-18 operatives
• Planning and allocating resources efficiently to meet service and quality goals.
• Acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for operational queries and escalations.
• Supporting supervisors with performance feedback, workload balancing, and process improvement.
• Ensuring compliance with GDP, QMS, ISO13485 and company standards.
• Driving LEAN initiatives and 6S audits to enhance efficiency and quality.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a motivated, hands-on professional with:

• 2+ years of technical education and 3-5 years of relevant logistics experience.
• At least 1 year in a coordinating or team-lead role within warehouse operations.
• Strong understanding of WHS processes, ERP systems (Oracle 11 experience a plus), and LEAN tools.
• Fluent English communication (min. A2 level).
• A proactive, flexible mindset - calm under pressure, collaborative in approach, and focused on results.
• Experience within a regulated environment (QMS/ISO13485) is highly valued.
