We're seeking a motivated and clinically driven Pharmacist Manager to lead a well-established community pharmacy team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a patient-facing role, enjoys mentoring others, and is ready to take on a leadership position in a busy and supportive environment.

The pharmacy operates within a high-footfall retail setting and benefits from a stable dispensing volume and a strong connection to the local population. You'll be supported by a capable team including an ACPT and several experienced Healthcare Partners, all committed to delivering excellent service and care.

With access to automated dispensing technology, you'll be able to focus more on clinical services and patient engagement-making a real difference in the lives of those you serve.

Hours: Working Hours: 38.25 hours per week (Averaged on a 2 week working pattern)

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 09.00 to 17.30 and Saturday 09.00 to 17.30, Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday 09.00 to 17.30 and Saturday 09.00 to 17.30

Key Targets:

• Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and adherence to regulatory standards
• Oversee a dedicated team of pharmacy staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to optimise patient care
• Conduct medication reviews and ensure safe and effective medication management

Package and Benefits:

• Salary based on average hours and DOE
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (Increasing to 32 days with length of service)

Essential Requirements:

• MUST be a qualified Pharmacist in the UK
• MUST be registered with the GPhC
• Tier 2 Visa Sponsorship available if you meet the above requirements
