Salaried GP Job with Optional View to Partnership

This is an excellent chance to join a highly regarded training surgery, commutable from Swindon, Salisbury and Andover on a Salaried basis (with an optional view to Partnership if desired).

You would become part of a large multi-disciplinary team made up of permanent GPs, Nurses and HCAs, meaning home visits and duty would be limited and manageable. The surgery have managed their situation well in recent years, allowing for an excellent work/life balance for their GPs.

Located close to Marlborough, easily commutable from Swindon, Salisbury and Andover. Ample on-site parking is provided.

Key Duties

• Growing patient list of just over 8,000 with a low number of home visits, and great support from an experienced permanent clinical team including Permanent GPs, as well as Nurses, and HCAs
• Offering 4- 8 sessions per week with flexible working hours around child care
• Strong existing team of permanent GPs
• Low duty Doctor and minimal home visits
• Successful training practice

Package and Benefits

• £76,000 - £80,000 per annum (FTE) for a Salaried GP
• Coverage of medical negligence policy costs by the Practice
