• Clinically checking prescriptions using Titan PMR
• Collaborating with clinics to discuss clinical issues on prescriptions and explore business growth opportunities
• Working with the customer support team to assist with queries where needed
• Managing business growth and introducing new services and initiatives (e.g., expanding NHS services and introducing NMSs)
• Ensuring compliance with NHS and GPhC regulations
• Leading and managing a team of dispensers to ensure optimal output
• Overseeing purchasing and stock levels within the pharmacy
• Reviewing and enhancing existing processes to improve efficiency
• Working with the tech team to implement innovations that improve efficiency and patient outcomes
• Maintaining a strong focus on patient outcomes and customer service excellence
• Exploring and implementing cost-saving opportunities within the business

• Experience as a Pharmacy Manager in a community setting or as a Team Leader in an online pharmacy
• Online pharmacy experience preferred but not essential (our current setup is similar to a community pharmacy)
• Experience in team leadership and goal setting
• Someone who enjoys a diverse and dynamic workday
• Pharmacy checking experience
• Titan PMR experience preferred
• Strong understanding of pharmacy standards and compliance expectations
• GPhC registered pharmacist
• Results-driven and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive problem solver who takes initiative
• Strong pharmacy knowledge and leadership skills
• Excellent time management
• Comfort and proficiency with computers and digital pharmacy tools
• Training for NMS and Pharmacy First (or willingness to obtain)
