We're looking for a GPhC registered Pharmacy Manager to help drive the business forward. You would be working as part of a growing team, which consists of 15 dispensers and customer support agents.
Key Duties
- Clinically checking prescriptions using Titan PMR
- Collaborating with clinics to discuss clinical issues on prescriptions and explore business growth opportunities
- Working with the customer support team to assist with queries where needed
- Managing business growth and introducing new services and initiatives (e.g., expanding NHS services and introducing NMSs)
- Ensuring compliance with NHS and GPhC regulations
- Leading and managing a team of dispensers to ensure optimal output
- Overseeing purchasing and stock levels within the pharmacy
- Reviewing and enhancing existing processes to improve efficiency
- Working with the tech team to implement innovations that improve efficiency and patient outcomes
- Maintaining a strong focus on patient outcomes and customer service excellence
- Exploring and implementing cost-saving opportunities within the business

Key Skills and Qualifications
- Experience as a Pharmacy Manager in a community setting or as a Team Leader in an online pharmacy
- Online pharmacy experience preferred but not essential (our current setup is similar to a community pharmacy)
- Experience in team leadership and goal setting
- Someone who enjoys a diverse and dynamic workday
- Pharmacy checking experience
- Titan PMR experience preferred
- Strong understanding of pharmacy standards and compliance expectations
- GPhC registered pharmacist
- Results-driven and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive problem solver who takes initiative
- Strong pharmacy knowledge and leadership skills
- Excellent time management
- Comfort and proficiency with computers and digital pharmacy tools
- Training for NMS and Pharmacy First (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients, patients, and the pharmacy team
