About the role
We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist Manager to lead and develop the team
As Pharmacist Manager, you will:
- Take overall responsibility for the safe, effective, and legal supply of medicines
- Deliver a wide range of clinical and NHS services
- Lead, motivate, and develop your pharmacy team to achieve excellence
- Build strong relationships with local GPs, healthcare professionals, and the wider community
- Ensure the pharmacy operates efficiently, profitably, and in full compliance with professional standards
- Drive innovation and support the growth of additional patient services
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated pharmacist who wants to combine professional leadership with real community impact.
Hours
- Monday to Friday: 09:00 18:00
Skills & Experience Required
- GPhC registered Pharmacist (essential)
- Minimum 1 year of post-registration experience (preferred)
- Previous management or supervisory experience (advantageous)
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient-centred approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise, delegate, and manage workload effectively
- Commitment to maintaining high professional and ethical standards
