I’m David, I head up the MedTech and Life Science division here at Prospect Health. I have worked in recruitment since 2007, specifically in the Medical Tech & Life Science sector since 2010. I feel incredibly lucky to work in such a fascinating sector, where our clients provide cutting edge life influencing products that improve and often save people’s lives on a daily basis!

We work in partnership with all types of businesses, from start-ups to multi billion dollar organisations, all with their own unique cultures, specialisms and requirements – that dexterity, is just one of the things that makes our sector so interesting!

I support clients to engage the very best sales professionals in; Sales, Engineering, Clinical Training, Marketing, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Senior Leadership and R&D. I support my clients where ever they need me and treat every search as its own unique assignment.

I am very lucky to have a fantastic team of consultants who all deliver an outstanding service and genuinely love their jobs and the markets we operate in!

Outside of work my wife and two daughters keep me incredibly busy but when I do get anytime for myself, I will be found on the golf course, exercising or supporting Liverpool. I love to travel and would highly recommend our current family favourite – Cape Verde!
