Hi, I’m Dave Thorburn and I oversee Audiology recruitment here at Prospect Health, covering most of England.

Having previously worked in sales, I have been with Prospect Health since 2016 and am very fortunate to work alongside a great set of colleagues.

I work with a wide range of clients including private independent clinics, multiples, NHS organisations and manufacturers to help fill their Audiologist/RHAD vacancies.

I have developed strong relationships with many of the UKs leading Audiology providers and I have helped them find new Audiologists for their businesses and clinics where they may have struggled with traditional advertising.

I take the time to fully understand both my candidates and clients requirements to ensure we are placing the right people in the right and roles and I’m happy to say the vast majority of people I have placed oved the years have gone on to enjoy long term careers with their new employers.

Away from work I enjoy spending time with my family, socialising with friends and following Leeds United which has prepared me well for the ups and downs of recruitment!
