Why were Anoush and Dhruvi looking to relocate as dentists to Australia?

Being early in their dental careers, which they began in the UK, Anoush and Dhruvi were eager for a fresh start and a new adventure. Before settling down, getting married, starting a family, and buying that dream home with the white picket fence and perhaps a labradoodle, they wanted to explore what the world had to offer.
