Seeking a forward-thinking Salaried GP to join a supportive team in Bedford. Based in a purpose-built practice, you'll work alongside a multi-disciplinary team delivering high-quality care to a diverse patient population of over 30,000. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a progressive, training-focused practice at the forefront of integrated primary care, with flexible working options, excellent admin support, and opportunities for teaching and career development.

Key Duties

• Provide high-quality, patient-centred clinical care to registered patients, including face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations.
• Manage a range of acute, chronic, and complex medical conditions within a diverse and growing population.
• Undertake home visits when clinically appropriate, supported by our wider multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in the duty doctor rota on a fair and flexible basis.
• Participate in clinical meetings, educational sessions, and appraisals as part of ongoing professional development.
• Support teaching of medical students or GP trainees

• Competitive salary: £11,000-£12,000 per session (dependent on experience)

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Fully qualified GP with at least 2 years' post-qualification experience working in UK general practice or equivalent
• Registered with the GMC and included on the NHS performers list
• Comfortable using SystmOne or similar clinical systems and digital consultation tools such as AccuRx and eConsult
• Willingness to engage in teaching and mentoring medical students or trainees (desirable but not essential)
