Well established practice is seeking a passionate and community-focused Salaried GP to join friendly and diverse team.

Join a diverse, forward-thinking PMS practice in Slough offering 8 sessions per week, a supportive team environment, and no duty doctor rota. Ideal for GPs passionate about community care, with opportunities for leadership, teaching, and a clear path to partnership. Tier 2 sponsorship available.

Key Duties

• Provide high-quality, patient-centred care across face-to-face, telephone, and eConsult appointments
• Participate in clinical meetings, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
• Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team (including pharmacists, nurses, paramedics, and admin staff)
• Contribute to the practice's leadership in key disease areas and population health projects
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using EMIS Web
• Engage in CPD activities and clinical supervision meetings to support professional growth
• Opportunity to be involved in teaching, mentoring, and future partnership development

Package and Benefits

• Competitive Salary: £11,000 - £11,500 per session

Key Skills and Qualifications

• GMC-registered GP with a valid licence to practise in the UK
• Newly Qualified GPs welcome - full support and mentoring provided
• Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Comfortable using EMIS Web and handling triage-based appointments
• Languages Preferred: Urdu, Punjabi, or Hindi (due to patient demographic)
