The Practice

This well-established independent practice has relocated to bigger premises and is seeking to add an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to its dynamic team. Work alongside five seasoned vets, including an Advanced Practitioner in Diagnostic Imaging. Your interests and professional development will be supported, whether you want to pursue a certificate or specialize in a specific area. Opportunities abound with a seasoned team of four RVNs, two SVNs, and one VCA. Social events such as pizza and prosecco nights and punting on the River Cam further enhance team camaraderie.

The practice is an ISFM Accredited Cat Friendly Clinic, fully equipped with ultrasound including cardiac capability, DR Radiography with Dental Radiography, a full Idexx Lab in-house, K-Laser, and a suite of scopes for specialized procedures. Orthopedic enthusiasts can also perform surgeries in-house.

Key Duties

- Flexible rota options: full-time, part-time, and flexible hours available

- Full-time position comprises a 4-day week

- 1/3 Saturday mornings (8:30 am-12:00 pm)

- Guaranteed break between 2 pm - 4 pm for lunch, calls, and admin

- 20-minute consults as standard

- No out-of-hours responsibility (covered by VetsNow)
