Well-established pharmacy service provider in Bristol, dedicated to offering exceptional care to our community. Due to an increased demand for our services, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Relief Pharmacist to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional looking for flexibility, variety, and the chance to make a real difference in patient care.
Key Duties
- Provide high-quality pharmaceutical care across multiple pharmacy locations in Bristol.
- Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently, ensuring patients receive the best possible advice and care.
- Manage stock levels, ensuring the pharmacy is well-stocked and in line with regulations.
- Offer expert advice to patients on medication use, side effects, and general health queries.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the provision of pharmacy services.
- Work collaboratively with pharmacy support staff to maintain an efficient, professional service.
- Provide guidance and training where needed to junior staff or trainees.
- Offer a friendly and professional service, maintaining strong relationships with patients and healthcare professionals.
Package and Benefits
- 30-40 hours available
- Service bonus
- £25 per hour
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Previous experience working in a community pharmacy setting is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical law and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Ability to work well under pressure, with great attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work in various pharmacy locations as required.
- A caring and compassionate approach, always putting the needs of patients first.
