Business Development Specialist EMEA

On behalf of our client, we are looking for three high calibre Business Development Specialists medical devices, to cover Western Europe, Eastern Europe and MENA respectively.

The role of the Business Development Specialist involves close collaboration with the Area Manager. It encompasses supporting distributors and customers, while actively identifying opportunities for business growth. The responsibilities include analysing business processes and customer requirements, implementing strategic business plans, and fostering robust networks with customers. Serving as the primary contact for customers, the Business Development Specialist plays a pivotal role in facilitating effective communication and relationship-building.

  • Western Europe / Eastern Europe / MENA


Key Duties

  • Analyzing and enhancing regional business opportunities and product trends to foster sustained growth.
  • Identifying and formulating innovative business solutions aligned with customer needs.
  • Assisting distributors in attaining monthly and yearly targets.
  • Monitoring budgets through the comparison and analysis of actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Recognizing opportunities to enhance profitability.
  • Compiling market reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
  • Investigating competitors' products by evaluating their characteristics and pricing.
  • Discovering novel clinical solutions by researching customer practices and needs.
  • Collaborating with Clinical organization, Sales, Marketing, and direct Management to synchronize strategies for revenue growth.
  • Submitting weekly and monthly reports to the Area Manager.
  • Cultivating robust relationships with distributors and clients.
  • Nurturing enduring client relationships.


Package and Benefits

  • Base salary ca. €80,000.-, bonus, company car, benefits

Required education and experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably with analogous products
  • Entrepreneurial and highly self-driven
  • Proficient in language skills
