The Mission
As Business Unit Manager for Joint Replacement Iberia, you will lead, shape, and elevate the entire commercial strategy across Spain and Portugal.
You will report directly to the Senior Director for Southern Europe and take full P&L ownership of the region. The Mission
As Business Unit Manager for Joint Replacement Iberia, you will lead, shape, and elevate the entire commercial strategy across Spain and Portugal.
You will report directly to the Senior Director for Southern Europe and take full P&L ownership of the region. This is a true 360° commercial leadership role, managing a seasoned team of Regional Sales Managers, steering strategic initiatives, and driving sustainable growth in a high-potential market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales organisation with both direct and indirect channels
- Own the regional P&L and ensure strong delivery on market share, profitability, and growth targets
- Coordinate, plan, and execute impactful sales and marketing strategies
- Oversee national product launches, sales force programs, and long-term strategic planning (35 years)
- Manage pricing, discount approvals, resource allocation, logistics, and sales reporting
- Build cross-functional collaboration across commercial, marketing, logistics, finance, and clinical teams
- Act as a strategic voice in the market engaging customers, shaping commercial approaches, and driving brand leadership
- Ensure operational excellence in compliance, waste segregation, and organisational processes
What You Bring?
- 10+ years of commercial experience (Sales + Marketing) within medical devices
- Proven success as a Business Unit Leader, Commercial Director, or Regional Sales Manager
- Strong direct selling background, ideally within orthopaedics or surgical technologies
- Fluent in Spanish & English (Italian is a plus)
- Track record of delivering market share growth and hitting financial commitments
- Demonstrated ability to build, motivate, and scale high-achieving sales teams
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L oversight
- Excellent communicator, collaborator, and cross-functional influencer
