The Opportunity

You will join a multidisciplinary clinical team providing comprehensive healthcare services to infants, children, and adolescents. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of paediatric conditions, including acute and chronic illnesses
• Conduct developmental assessments and monitor growth milestones
• Provide preventative care, health education, and immunizations
• Develop and implement personalized treatment and care plans
• Work collaboratively with family physicians and other specialists within the clinic network
• Provide ongoing care and follow-up for paediatric patients and their families

Candidate Requirements

• Specialist qualification in Paediatrics
• Eligibility for registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
• Experience in outpatient or community paediatrics preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient-centered care skills
