About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established dental practice in Taree that has been serving the local community for over five decades. The practice enjoys a loyal patient base and operates Monday to Friday, featuring five modern treatment rooms equipped with Oasis practice management software and ExamPro digital imaging technology.The practice is seeking a motivated, patient-focused dentist to join their collaborative and thriving team. This role is suitable for both experienced clinicians and recent graduates who are eager to grow their skills in a supportive, professional environment.

Our client offers a broad range of dental services, including general and cosmetic dentistry, implants, restorative prosthodontics, teeth whitening, mouthguards, and occlusal care. You will work alongside a cohesive team of six dentists and eight experienced dental assistants who are committed to teamwork and clinical excellence

Key Duties:

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry to all age groups
• Provide guidance and advise on oral health and hygiene
• Develop treatment plans and educate patients on recommended procedures
• Collaborate effectively with the wider team to ensure the best patient care
• Uphold the clinic's high standards of hygiene, professionalism and care
• Perform comprehensive dental exams and develop treatment plans
• Forster strong relationships with patients and team members
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental best practice
• Maintaining patient records

Package & Benefits:

• Earning potential between AUD$130,000 to AUD$180,000
• 10% commission on monthly sales revenue

Key Skills, Qualifications & Requirements:

• Willingness to relocate to Australia
• Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry, Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine
• Valid UK dental license with eligibility for Australian registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and associated working visas (with support from the client)
• Hold unrestricted APHRA registration and professional indemnity insurance
• Relevant qualification recognized by the Dental Board of Australia
• Commitment to high standard of patient-centered care & strong clinical skills and standards
