Our client, a well-established dental and wellness clinic in Broome, is looking for a skilled dentist with 3-5+ years post-graduate experience to join their growing team. Serving the Kimberley community since 1985, this practice has evolved into a modern, state-of-the-art hub offering preventative, general, and cosmetic dentistry in a welcoming, patient-focused environment.

This is a full-time role where you'll step into a loyal patient base and a fully booked schedule, with great earning potential, supported by a collaborative, professional team. The ideal candidate will be confident across all areas of general dentistry, have strong communication skills, and be passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. Key Duties:

• Provide guidance and advise on oral health and hygiene
• Develop treatment plans and educate patients
• Collaborate effectively with the wider team to ensure the best patient care
• Uphold the clinic's high standards of hygiene, professionalism and care
• Foster strong relationships with patients and team members
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental best practice
• Providing a comprehensive range of dental services to patients of all ages
• Maintaining patient records

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry, Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine
• Valid UK dental license with eligibility for Australian registration (AHPHRA) & associated visas
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to high standard of patient-centred care & strong clinical skills and standards
• Experienced dentist with at least 3 to 5+ years' experience
• Growth-mindset, with a willingness to expand your skills and take on new challenges
