Our client is seeking a confident and motivated General Dentist with a minimum of 4 years' experience to join their busy and highly regarded practice in Yokine, Perth on a part-time basis.This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys providing comprehensive dentistry and values the combination of clinical autonomy, modern technology and a collaborative working environment.

You will have access to a modern clinical environment and quality equipment, including:

• 3Shape intraoral scanner
• Rotary endodontic handpieces in each surgery
• Intraoral cameras throughout the practice
• Oasis practice management software

Key Duties:

• Providing a wide range of general dental treatments
• Diagnosing and developing appropriate treatment plans
• Delivering restorative, preventative and routine dental care
• Performing procedures such as fillings, extractions and other general dental treatments
• Educating patients on oral health and preventative dentistry
• Building strong, long-term relationships with patients
• Working collaboratively with the wider dental team to achieve excellent patient outcome
• As a key member of the clinical team, you will provide a high standard of comprehensive dental care to a diverse and loyal patient base.

Package & Benefits:

• Earning potential between AUD$150,000 to AUD$300,000
• 40% commission on monthly sales revenue

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry, Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine
• Relevant qualification recognized by the Dental Board of Australia
• A minimum of 4 years' post-graduate clinical experience
• Confidence across all aspects of general dentistry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient-focused and professional approach
• A genuine interest in continuing professional development and expanding your clinical skills
• Unrestricted AHPRA registration and appropriate professional indemnity insurance, or the ability to obtain these
• The right to live and work in Australia
