About the Role:

• This long-standing practice has been a trusted provider of dental care in the region for over ten years and is superbly located moments from the renowned Busselton Jetty and the crystal-clear waters of Geographe Bay.
• With cafés, retail, and essential services all within walking distance, the setting perfectly complements a rewarding career.
• The clinic features six well-appointed surgeries and is fitted with contemporary dental technology. A skilled team of four dentists works alongside a dental therapist and hygienist, supported by an experienced group of clinical and administrative professionals who create an efficient, well-organised environment.
• Patients span every stage of life, from young families to elderly residents, with many travelling significant distances from neighbouring communities to receive care.
• The practice enjoys a strong referral base and sustained demand, with appointment schedules typically secured well in advance and emergency slots carefully managed through an active waitlist.
• For the right practitioner, this position delivers immediate access to a substantial and loyal patient base, the freedom to practise with clinical independence, and the backing of a collaborative team culture.

Key Duties:

• Provide guidance and advise on oral health and hygiene
• Develop treatment plans and educate patients on recommended procedures
• Collaborate effectively with the wider team to ensure the best patient care
• Uphold the clinic's high standards of hygiene, professionalism and care
• Foster strong relationships with patients and team members
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental best practice
• Providing a comprehensive range of dental services to patients of all ages.
• Maintaining patient records

Package & Benefits:

• Earning potential between AUD$130,000 to AUD$250,000
• 40% commission on monthly sales revenue
• Relocation assistance up to $12,000, including visa support and APHRA registration

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry, Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine
• Valid UK dental license with eligibility for Australian registration with AHPRA and associated working visas
• Relevant qualification recognized by the Dental Board of Australia
• Strong experience in general dentistry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to high standard of patient-centered care & strong clinical skills and standards
