A rapidly growing independent Community Pharmacy chain is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join their team at the Derby store. With a commitment to providing exceptional pharmaceutical care and personalized service to the local community, this chain is known for its customer-centric approach and commitment to excellence.
Key Duties
- Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, including dispensing medications, patient counseling, and medication therapy management.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including NHS standards and pharmacy best practices.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stock rotation, and expiry date monitoring.
- Provide clinical services such as vaccinations, health screenings, and medication reviews.
- Foster a positive work environment and lead a team of pharmacy technicians and support staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community organizations to promote health and wellness initiatives.
Package and Benefits

Key Skills and Qualifications
- GPHC Registered Pharmacist
- Must Community Pharmacy experience
- Pharmacy First/Vaccination trained
