First opinion practice in Chesterfield is seeking a new Vet Surgeon to join their friendly team. With a generous salary and wonderful work-life balance!

This small animal practice is looking for a Vet Surgeon to join their growing, friendly team in the beautiful town of Chesterfield. Working alongside a friendly close-knit team of 7 Vets, including one Vet Surgeon studying towards a certificate and more Vets due to join in the coming months. The practice itself has state of the art facilities including a purpose-built imaging suite, which makes giving the highest level of care to patients as easy as possible.

This is a wonderful opportunity for any Vet Surgeon looking for career progression and an exciting new role in an expanding Vet practice.

Key Duties

• 40 Hour over a 4-day week
• Limited OOHs
• 1 in 5 Weekends
• Limited sole charge- only on a Saturday morning

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• Registered on the RCVS to work as a Vet Surgeon
• Minimum 2 years' experience
• Comfortable working limited sole charge when necessary
