The Pharmacist Manager will act as the professional lead for the pharmacy, being fully mindful of clinical governance, operational excellence, and legal compliance.

You will ideally be able to balance your responsibilities with the hands-on management and development of an eager, community-focused team.

The role requires someone who is confident in their clinical judgement, who is comfortable making independent decisions, and not afraid to raise concerns or challenge established processes to protect patient safety and drive improvement. You will lead the delivery of NHS clinical services, ensure safe operations, and support the continued growth and profitability of the business.

Key Duties:

• Lead the delivery and expansion of NHS clinical services where applicable.
• Champion a patient-centred culture with high clinical standards, driven by a forward-thinking and improvement-focused mindset.
• Act with integrity, confidence, and transparent communication with the team and owners should issues or risks arise.
• Use initiative and strong problem-solving skills to streamline processes and resolve any operational challenges.
• Lead with a positive, engaging energy, encouraging openness, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Package and Benefits:

• Starting at £60,000p/a for 41.25hrs p/w
• 5 weeks holiday + BH

Essential Requirements:

• MUST be a qualified Pharmacist in the UK
• MUST have GPhC registration and a minimum of 5 years management experience
