Hospital Sales South East England - Moving & Handling Equipment

We're seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our clients growing team as a Moving & Handling Product Sales Specialist, covering the South East England region.

In this field-based role, you'll be responsible for developing strong relationships with healthcare providers, demonstrating product value, and delivering tailored solutions to support patient mobility and care. You will take responsibility for the South East region, managing existing clients including medical clinics, hospitals, while also looking to establish new relationships with new partners. Our client is established hospital supplier and looking to grow their field sales team in the UK space. You will have total responsibility for East Anglia, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Essex, London, Kent, Surrey, Sussex.

Key Duties

  • Promote and sell a portfolio of moving & handling products to healthcare professionals across hospitals, care homes, and community settings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, moving & handling advisors, procurement teams, and care managers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and in-service training for clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring correct product usage and best practice techniques.
  • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and follow up on referrals to grow territory sales.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through strategic account management and territory planning.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and clinical study days to promote brand awareness and build professional networks.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and NHS or local authority procurement frameworks.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and CRM updates to support internal planning and customer service delivery.

Package and Benefits

  • £35-45k Salary
  • Sales related bonus £5-12k year one

Key Skills and Qualifications
