We are currently supporting a well-established, modern primary care clinic in Ottawa, Ontario in their search for Family Physicians to join their growing clinical team.

Opportunities are available on a full-time, part-time or locum basis, offering physicians the flexibility to develop their own patient panel within a supportive and well-organised practice environment.

You will be joining a busy, multi-physician primary care clinic serving a well-established and growing local community.

The practice benefits from a strong patient demand and offers a modern, efficient working environment supported by experienced medical office assistants and a fully digital workflow.

Physicians have the flexibility to practise full-scope family medicine, with the option to include walk-in services or specialised areas such as women's health depending on individual interests.

Practice Environment

You will work alongside an experienced team of physicians and administrative staff who foster a supportive and professional atmosphere.

Practice Details

• Clinic includes 11 consultation/exam rooms
• 2 dedicated exam rooms per physician during shifts
• Shared physician workspace
• Fully digital EMR system (Accuro)
• No paper charting
• Experienced administrative team including multiple Medical Office Assistants (MOAs)
• Opportunity to provide full-scope family medicine

Hours

• Clinic hours typically run:
• Monday to Saturday 9:00am to 4:00pm
• Physicians benefit from a flexible scheduling approach, allowing them to design a working pattern that suits their preferred worklife balance.

On-Call & Hospital Work

There are no hospital or emergency department commitments associated with this role.

Candidate Requirements

To be considered, applicants must:

• Hold or be eligible for licensure as a physician in Ontario
• Be interested in practising full-scope family medicine
• Demonstrate a collaborative approach to team-based healthcare
• Physicians relocating from other provinces or internationally may also be considered, subject to licensing eligibility.
