This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded pharmacist who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care while driving business growth and service development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the pharmacy team to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of services
- Deliver and expand locally and nationally commissioned NHS services
- Provide private clinical services including vaccinations and PGD services
- Drive service uptake and KPI performance
- Identify opportunities to increase prescription items and grow the business
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards
- Foster a strong patient-focused culture within the pharmacy
About You
- GPhC registered Pharmacist
- Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience
- Previous Pharmacy Manager or leadership experience essential
- Proven track record of increasing prescription items and service delivery
- Business-minded with the ability to grow profitability and services
- Passionate about community pharmacy and patient care
- Confident delivering both NHS and private clinical services
