This client understands that their Pharmacy Managers and Pharmacists are at the heart of their business, and that building sustainable and capable teams will ensure longevity and enhanced job satisfaction. Stirling area.
Develop: IP required ideally (but IP support and training offered to all base pharmacists if not already gained)
If your goal is to help promote more private services you will be given the opportunity to train in areas you wish to develop in.
Key Duties:
You will be key to supporting the development of our teams and the delivery of GPhC standards of practice.

Package and Benefits:
- Hours structure: Monday - Friday 8:45am - 6:15pm, alternate Saturdays 8:45am - 5pm Av. Hours: 46.875 hrs per week
- Salary (without IP uplift) IRO: £65,000p/a DOE
- 33 days holiday
- Bonuses available in addition to basic salary and IP supplement (to be discussed)
