Great opportunity for a new or recent grad to join 5-vet team, within well-equipped hospital in Whitstable

New or recent graduates! This is the one for you!

Really exciting opportunity to join this 5-vet team and for expansion purposes as opposed to replacing any departing staff members. With the hospital getting busier all the time this is the perfect time to add a new team member and an RCVS accredited mentor on site, a new or recent grad would be perfect!

Plenty of flexibility on offer with the rota as far as the working week so this can be discussed and tailored to you which is a brilliant option to have, in addition to this there are no OOH's and only 1 in 4 Saturday mornings. If you are a brand new grad, there will be no sole charge work expected of you until you are confident enough.

If you were to interview with this practice then it would not take long at all to understand how much they care for their staff and how passionate they are about developing the entire team, the staff you would meet on site who have been there for years ever since graduating themselves, will vouch for this!

Key Duties

• Can accommodate 4 or 5 day working week
• 1 in 4 Saturday mornings
• No OOH's
• Closed on bank holidays
• 15 minute appointments
• 1 operating day per week
• Includes some work with local charity

Package and Benefits

• Salary range of £30,000-£38,000
• £1500 CPD allowance + 5 days
• Certificate funding available
• VDS, RCVS & BSAVA memberships covered

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• Must be RCVS registered
• Would best suit new or recent graduate(0-3 years qualified)
• Excellent communication skills
