Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon

Independently owned, 4-vet practice seeking experienced small animal vet. 40 hour working week, flexibility on 4 or 5 day week. 1 in 4 Sat mornings, No OOH's. Salaries up to £55,000.

An amazing opportunity to join a forward thinking practice who are hiring for expansion purposes, moving from three to four vet surgeons. We are hoping to chat to vets with a minimum of 3 years experience and different clinical interests/biases can be considered, GP vets who enjoy all elements of veterinary work would also be great for this role.

Flexibility can be offered on the working hours to suit the individual and that flexibility is very much a theme in terms of the support that is offered to all staff depending on their personal situations and the help they need in order to contribute as much as they can to the success of the practice. A very sociable weekend rota of 1 in 4 Saturday mornings is popular amongst the existing vets and with no OOH's being involved, work/life balance is a big selling point.

Highly competitive salaries are on offer depending on experience with a banding of 45-50k predicted for vets with 5 years experience, as much as we would love to give exact numbers in this instance, it is difficult to do so without digging in to the intricacies of your career and the experience/skill-set you have amassed so far. 5 weeks holiday and an uncapped CPD allowance top off a great opportunity that we would love to discuss with you in more detail if you are intrigued from a starting point.
