An established, community-focused small animal practice in Perth's northern suburbs is seeking a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to guide the clinic through its next phase of growth and development.

The Opportunity

• This role offers far more than day-to-day clinical work. As Lead Veterinary Surgeon, you will:
• Champion best-practice clinical standards
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated veterinary team
• Work closely with the Practice Manager to shape clinic strategy and culture
• Influence operational and clinical decisions with the support of a broader veterinary network
• Drive continuous improvement while maintaining a strong client-first approach

You will have the autonomy to develop your leadership style while benefiting from structured support and resources.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) or equivalent qualification recognised in Australia
• Demonstrated leadership experience or a strong desire to step into a leadership role
• Strong surgical and medical skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• A collaborative mindset and ability to build rapport with clients and team members
• Positive, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for veterinary care
