Full-Time Veterinary Surgeon Reproduction Focus

Are you a veterinary surgeon with a keen interest in reproduction - or curious and ready to dive into a rewarding niche field?

A progressive, full-service veterinary practice south of Perth is seeking a full-time veterinary surgeon to join their close-knit, supportive team. This clinic has a strong reputation in canine reproduction, providing services from pre-breeding health checks and artificial insemination to pregnancy monitoring and neonatal care.

This is not your typical general practice - reproduction is at the heart of what this team does, offering hands-on experience and the opportunity to build specialist skills.

Why This Role?

• Set Shifts: 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm - no after-hours or emergency work
• Predictable Weekends: Weekend work is limited to pre-scheduled reproductive procedures such as ultrasounds, artificial inseminations, and elective C-sections. Only booked cases require attendance, giving you flexibility and predictability in your schedule

What We're Looking For

• BVSc or equivalent degree recognised in Australia
• Previous clinical experience
• Interest in reproduction (full training provided if needed)
• Team-focused, excellent communicator, and eager to grow professionally
• Willing to work one in four weekends (only for booked procedures)
