In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in training clinical teams while working closely with surgeons to ensure the highest standards of care and expertise in the operating theatre.

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Clinical and Technology Associate to work in a field-based support position across Hospitals in greater London. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone looking to break into the world of orthopaedic and medical sales. Ideal candidates will have a professional background in healthcare, NHS, the medical industry, sports therapy, physiotherapy, or clinical practice, with an enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

As a Clinical and Technology Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our Sales Executives to drive growth in both technology and implant sectors across a dedicated region in the UK. You will have the opportunity to develop your clinical and technical expertise while working closely with surgeons and theatre staff to ensure the highest standards of service and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the operating theatre, providing support to scrub personnel and surgeons.
  • Offer technical support for product queries and ensure theatre efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to drive business expansion in key accounts.
  • Conduct audits of instruments and stock to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Support Theatre Managers with logistics of instrument supply and collection.
  • Support regional Clinical Education Meetings (CME) and national congresses.
  • Ensure smooth communication between the field and HQ teams.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of all products and technologies offered.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A full and clean driving license.
  • Experience or qualifications in sports therapy, physiotherapy, orthopaedics, or a clinical field.
  • Exposure in the surgical/ theatre environment, ideally within orthopaedics.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated, with a strong ability to work autonomously.
  • A proactive approach to learning and professional development.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a field-based team setting.
