  • Working closely with Clinical Application Specialists and Regional Sales Managers to deliver integrated clinical workflows and customer solutions.
  • Managing capital equipment and consumable sales, including forecasting, pipeline development and CRM management.
  • Supporting equipment implementations, customer training and ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Attending exhibitions, workshops and marketing events to strengthen customer relationships and generate new opportunities.

This is a consultative, solution-led sales role where you'll be expected to understand your customers' clinical and commercial challenges and translate complex technology into meaningful value.

You'll ideally have:
  • Previous experience in medical device, healthcare or technical sales.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with hospitals, clinics, theatres or other healthcare environments.
  • Strong commercial awareness, organisation and CRM discipline.
  • A proactive, resilient and target-driven approach.

Ophthalmology experience is desirable but not essential. Experience selling capital equipment, medical technology, surgical products or other complex technical solutions will also be highly relevant.
