Territory Sales Manager - Neurovascular

Specialist surgical sales experience? Clinically astute? Exceptional at building trusted relationships with senior healthcare professionals?

This could be your next move!

We're partnering with a global leader in medical technology to appoint a Territory Sales Manager Neurovascular, covering London Accounts. This is a highly specialised, clinically driven sales role where you'll work alongside leading clinicians and hospital teams to support the adoption and growth of innovative neurovascular therapies.

You'll be joining an established and high-performing commercial team with a genuine focus on clinical excellence, customer partnership and improving patient pathways.

A Little About the Therapy Area

The role sits within a specialist Haemorrhagic stroke and neurovascular portfolio, supporting minimally invasive, endovascular approaches used in the management of intracranial aneurysms and other complex cerebrovascular conditions.

The portfolio encompasses technologies across flow diversion, intrasaccular therapy, aneurysm embolisation and detachable coil procedures, alongside the specialist access and delivery systems used during these highly technical interventions.

You'll work closely with interventional neuroradiologists, neurovascular specialists, radiographers and angiography/theatre teams, providing clinical and technical support around procedures and helping customers optimise product selection, procedural technique and workflow.

For an experienced surgical sales professional, this is an opportunity to move into a genuinely high-acuity, technically sophisticated therapy area, developing deep clinical expertise while building trusted partnerships with leading neurovascular teams.

The Opportunity

  • This is far more than a traditional territory sales role.
  • You'll take ownership of a specialist neurovascular portfolio, developing strategic relationships across key NHS accounts and working closely with interventional teams to support procedures, education and clinical adoption.
  • You'll need to be comfortable operating in complex hospital environments, engaging credibly with clinicians and theatre teams, and translating clinical insight into commercial opportunity.
  • From supporting procedures and product evaluations through to developing account strategies and delivering clinical education, you'll become a trusted partner to your customers and a key player in the growth of the territory.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Drive sales growth across a specialist neurovascular portfolio throughout London
  • Build and develop long-term partnerships with key clinicians, theatre teams, procurement stakeholders and hospital leadership
  • Provide clinical and technical support during procedures, ensuring customers receive a high level of product and workflow expertise
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and develop new business within key hospitals and stroke networks
  • Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans to deliver sustainable growth
  • Deliver clinical education, product training, workshops and presentations to healthcare professionals
  • Work closely with internal clinical, marketing and commercial teams to maximise customer and business opportunities
  • Support product evaluations, trials, introductions and ongoing account development
  • Stay close to clinical developments, competitor activity and changes within the NHS to identify opportunities and provide market insight
  • Become a trusted clinical and commercial resource within this highly specialised therapy area

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced medical device or surgical sales professional who can combine commercial drive with genuine clinical credibility.
You'll need:
  • Minimum 3 years' theatre/surgical sales experience
  • A strong understanding of the hospital environment and the ability to operate confidently within clinical settings
  • The clinical aptitude to quickly understand complex procedures, anatomy, devices and workflows
  • A proven track record of building strong, credible relationships with clinicians and wider hospital stakeholders
  • The ability to manage and develop strategic customer partnerships rather than simply transact
  • Strong presentation, communication and influencing skills
  • Commercial awareness and a demonstrable ability to identify and convert sales opportunities
  • The confidence and resilience to work independently across a demanding territory
  • A full UK driving licence

Experience within neurovascular, interventional radiology, vascular, cardiology, stroke or another highly specialised surgical environment would be advantageous.

However, the key requirement is that you understand complex clinical sales and are comfortable working alongside surgeons, clinicians and theatre teams.

The Package:

  • £50,000 - £57,000 basic salary
  • £33,000 OTE - Strong opportunity to overachieve against OTE
  • Company car or car allowance
  • Excellent corporate benefits package
  • Comprehensive product and clinical training
  • Ongoing professional and career development
  • The opportunity to work within a highly specialised and innovative area of medical technology

Why This Role?

If you're an experienced surgical sales professional looking to step into a highly specialised, clinically sophisticated therapy area, this is an opportunity to develop your expertise while working with some of the UK's leading healthcare professionals.

You'll have significant autonomy across your territory, but also the backing of a highly experienced commercial and clinical organisation.
This is a role for someone who can speak the language of the theatre, earn clinical trust and turn relationships into long-term partnerships.
