This practice is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physician Associate to join their healthcare team. As a Physician Associate, you will work collaboratively with their physicians to provide high-quality patient care and support our efforts to deliver exceptional healthcare services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results
• Prescribe medications and therapies under the supervision of a licensed physician
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment options
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research projects
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant healthcare field, such as Physician Associate Studies or Health Sciences
• Certification as a Physician Associate from an accredited program
• Strong clinical skills, including the ability to diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a busy caseload and prioritize demands
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning
• Experience working with electronic health records and other healthcare technology is preferred
